Every quarter, the same grind: pull the numbers out of Excel, re-key them into the books, wrestle the schedules into shape, and race the BIR deadline across every client. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built it, first for ourselves.
Txform is that tool, hardened into a product. It takes the spreadsheets bookkeepers already keep and carries them all the way to BIR-ready filings — batch import, a File-Pay-Record wizard, real-time tax reports, and the forms your clients ask for. Because we run it on our own clients, it has to actually work. That's the bar.
What we believe
- Meet people where they are. Bookkeepers live in Excel. Txform works with that reality instead of fighting it.
- Compliance is a workflow, not a form. Filing, paying, and recording belong together — so we built them that way.

Who we are
Txform is built by TalloCPA, a certified public accounting practice based in Iloilo City, Philippines, led by Erol Jay Tallo, CPA. We built Txform to handle our own clients' BIR filings first — which is exactly why it has to work.
